Technical - How do control email spam?
You can control spam from the control panel. Access it from here: Vybe Networks Inc..
You will need your Vybe login and password to access that page.
Under the "Users" tab select "Spam control" or "Email filters." There are a number of items to select. Each one is clearly documented on that page.
How to Select a Corporation's Name?
My legal name has changed, how do I make changes from my old name?
Please complete the information on the reverse side of the certificate and have your signature guaranteed by a recognized Medallion Signature Guarantee (STAMP) Program. You can also send us a notarized letter with your new information.
We must receive the originals via post or courier.
How do I transfer securities to another person?
Please complete the information on the reverse side of the paper certificate and have your signature guaranteed by a recognized Medallion Signature Guarantee (STAMP) Program. You can also send us a notarized letter authorizing the transfer OR complete the Stock Power of Attorney on our site - located here:
Please note that we require the original signatures. Please send by post or courier to our office.
What do I do if my address changes?
To change your address, please provide us with written notice to let us know your new address. Please make sure that you include your personal information such as phone number, complete name and previous address. You may email the change to us or send the change by mail or fax to our office to the attention of Operations Department.
Technical - Where are our servers located
Our servers are all located in Toronto, Canada.
Technical - How do I set up my email on my desktop?
If you prefer to use a client on your own system, by far the most common option, then you need to set up your account settings to point to our server.
You will need your username or email address
incoming server: imap.Vex.Net
Outgoing Server: smtp.vex.net
The default port numbers should be fine. If you are using Vybe to send email set encryption (TLS) on, set it to authenticate before sending and set the port to 587.
