Ed Steinback has over thirty years of experience in accounting and business management, and is an Accredited Business Accountant (ABA), and the last fourteen years has been involved with public companies.

He studied at California Polytechnic University in Agricultural Business, with an international business minor. For the next fifteen years Ed worked with various management companies as controller and accounting manager, at both the hotel property level and corporate.

In 2000 Ed became full time in his own practice of helping small to medium size public companies acting as their controller or chief financial officer. Ed currently advises public and private companies as their Chief Financial Officer or Controller in a variety of industries including entertainment, performing arts, business services, natural gas, agroponics, metal coatings, retail and alternative energy. He has served as the CFO for several OTC Markets companies providing a range of regulatory and financial services.

Jeremi Gallant is an accounting professional with a background in programming. An alumni of Eastern Business College, he focused on business management.

D'Arcy Cain is one of the internet pioneers in Canada. His work with some of the first Internet Service Providers in the late 1980's and early 1990's helped ensure that the Internet was accessible for individuals. As the co-founder of Vex.Net, one of the two founding businesses in Excelsior's subsdiary Vybe Networks, D'Arcy's area of expertise is in application development and network management.
