Gary Handley - Canada
Since 1998, Mr. Handley has provided management, funding, and advisory services, specializing in junior clients - building an extensive network of gratified clients and trusted associates. He has thirty five years of management experience in the financial services sector in Canada.From 1983 - 1995 he was founder and Director of Securities Dealer for First Canada Securities International and Wholesale Clearing Company, Meridian Securities International, both of which were sold in 1995 to Canada Trust Company.
Currently Gary is the head of Business Development for Toronto-based Venex Capital.
Gloria Wong - Hong Kong
Gloria Wong is a teacher turned businesswoman who is currently a Doctorate Candidate in Applied Language Sciences in Polytechnic University of Hong Kong, where she researches translation in media and news discourse. She has the unique experience of teaching in tertiary institutions and studying intercultural communications while conducting business (which includes cross border remittance, FX, escrow and custody services, and digital asset trading) utilizing her extensive network in Asia and North America.
Andrew Bristow - Australia
Andrew is an Australian Solicitor of over 30 years experience. He specialises in corporate and commercial law with a focus on initial public offerings and capital raising for companies listed on the ASX and other exchanges.He has listed over 20 companies in a wide range of industries including mining, stockbroking, toll-roads, education, manufacturing and software.
Andrew has also advised on numerous Corporate business acquisitions including the acquisition of a private bus operator in Victoria for over $100 million as well as corporate restructures of Boeing Australia, Prudential Australasia and of Thomas Cook's Australian operations.
Andrew also acts as Company Secretary for several listed and unlisted companies and his company Highgate Corporate Advisors is a nominated advisor on the NSX.
Emrah Koksal - Turkey
Mr. Koksal is an Istanbul-based lawyer with significant commercial interests throughout the Middle East.He is currently finishing up a resort development in Turkey.
