After receiving his Bachelors in Marketing from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, Mr. Moore has been actively involved in business handling sales, developing and managing businesses including:- Real estate broker in Dallas
- Fleet/lease manager in Auto industry
- Sold oil/gas limited partnerships for several years.
- Telecommunications
- President and CEO of Triple Crown Industries
- Chairman of American Comtel
- Chairman of the following companies:
- JSH Venture Group, o Destiny Films,
- Enso Environmental,
- Dineout Environmental,
- Mi TAC Venture Group.
Kim will be heading up a revitalized effort to add business lines to Excelsior Solutions Corporation and help fulfill it’s new mandate.
Mr. James Hancock, Director
James Hancock has garnered recognition serving in numerous senior positions as a turnaround and merger and acquisition specialist throughout his 40-year career. Hancock joins Mr. Kim Moore as the second director on the company's board. Hancock is a creative, forward thinker with a vast amount of knowledge of the public company industry. Due to his experience and reputation, he has access to a network of top SEC attorneys, accounting firms, investment bankers, and qualified management teams.
Hancock has run or owned several diverse types of companies and been President, CEO, COO, and VP of Sales & Marketing within public and private companies in financial services, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications, and payment processing industries.
In December 2020, Hancock became CEO and Chairman of the Board of Marijuana Strategic Ventures, Inc., a public company on the OTC Markets (OTC:MSVI). MSVI is a holding company for revenue-based companies who are seeking to expand or establish exit strategies for their ownership in the public company. Prior to that, as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Global Payout, Inc., a publicly traded company on the OTC markets from 2010 to 2018, Hancock worked within the financial services industries as a program manager and payment processor for prepaid card programs, where he launched domestic and international companies.
Hancock earned a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, San Diego, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and served in the U.S. Army holding the rank of E-5.
